Bioshock - Songbird Plush

I've been working on this for a bit. Everything you see here was done by hand.

The entire plush is hand-sewn(I don't have anything against sewing machines, I just like sewing outside of the house), I developed and drew the pattern myself, the string acting as his oxygen tube was painted with acrylic paint, and the button eyes were sculpted with sculpey clay and painted. I'm super proud of this guy. Normally, I don't upload the plushies I make, but I wanted to upload this one.

I used a stretchy bed sheet to make the body, a curtain to make the brown parts, and a string from some shorts for the oxygen tube. The stuffing was from an old pillow and old stuffed animals and the button on his back was from an old coat. The only new material I used was the pleather for his wings.

He's based loosely off the Songbird plush seen in the game, but.. as I said, loosely. But I like him best this way, honestly. I didn't really like the "body suit" method people were using for the other plushies, even though it still looked great.

Sorry the wires are a bit off in his wings at some parts.

I will not sell him; please don't ask, as flattered as I'd be if someone asked for one.

Special thanks to for taking the four main pictures. Songbird was accidentally left at his friend's house because I'm an idiot. He took Songbird back to his own house since they were driving back by his friend's house and held Songbird in his posession until he could give it back. Since his phone had a better camera than mine, he went ahead and took those pictures for me. Really appreciate it! Check out his stuff, by the way!
